Current published policy

As of October 31, 2026, the published Peptide Perfection policy treats research materials as final sale after shipment because they cannot return to inventory.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items may qualify for replacement or refund when reported within 7 days with the order number and photos. Cancellation may be requested before shipment, but not after processing or carrier handoff.

Approved refunds are described as returning to the original method, or store credit if that method is unavailable, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is generally non-refundable.
